    Our return policy is simple. If you're not happy, we're not happy.  We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to 60, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 60 days from receipt of purchase.  Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

    Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

    Contact our Customer Service Department at
    info@imcoolbaby.com. We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

    Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.


    Please note that Sale items are final. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

    Next Day Delivery
    For an extra charge of $25 we can arrange for Next Day Delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 12 pm CST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase the Next Day).

    General Information
    Most purchases are shipped from our Madison location by UPS delivery service to arrive within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will receive an additional surcharge of $12 and will be sent via 2nd Day Air and be charged accordingly. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.  Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charges or may be express-shipped for an additional charge as described above.  We regret that we cannot ship outside the United States at  this time.

    There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
